Don’t Rush it
Main Text: Habakkuk 2:3 “For the revelation awaits an appointed time, it
speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it hinger, wait for it. It will
certainly come and will not delay.
Psalm 37:7 – “Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him, do not fret when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes
We all want to be loved and cherished for who we are. And when it doesn’t
happen on our time table, it.s tempting to rush into another relationship hoping it will make everything better. Don’t expect any person to give you what only your heavenly Father can provide. Due to wrong perception of what marriage really is, some people tend to rush into it and when reality sets in, they want to rush out. But it ought not to be. With God, there is no reason to rush He’ll bring it to pass at his own time, don’t rush but be patient and wait for God’s timing.
It is God’s role to lead but yours is to follow in waiting, equip yourself mentally,
emotionally, skillfully and spiritually.
Note: Any man/woman you forced to marry you will eventually force you out of
his or her heart. God has greater things planned out for you. Understand where
God is leading you and focus there. More often than not, people have lost out on their destiny purpose as results of “rushy”. attitude don’t let obsessive desire lead you down a path of despair. Obsession is powerful. It fuels anxiety and drives you to reckless behavior. You won’t find love till you love yourself and respect yourself enough to stop looking for someone or something outside yourself to give you worth.
