TRAGEDY TO TRIUMPH
Main Text: Psalms 34:18
“The Lord is close to those who are of a broken heart and saves such as are crushed with sorrow for sin and are humbly and thoroughly penitent”.
Psalm 73:26 – ” My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the Rock and firm strength of my heart and my portion forever”.
It’s obvious that there are certain things that we should expect to face in this world because of the nature of life. Trials are part of living. It is a common experience of all of us. As long as we are in the world, it is inevitable. However, it is possible for God to bring triumph out of every tragedy. Our main text declares that “The Lord is close to those who are of a broken heart and saves such as are crushed…….”.
Keeping this reality in mind can sustain you through many crises. In some situations we may not understand at the time how any good can possibly come out of it, but eventually God will help us to see it happen. Right now, you may be facing a difficult situation that seems beyond your ability to make better.
Be peaceful, and learn from the story of Ruth, Joseph, and David who passed through loneliness and rejection. Yet, God made them heroes and heroines of generations. God’s eyes is over your life to take all the messy part of your life and make out something beautiful from it.
GOD’S GRACE IS AVAILABLE TO DRAW YOU OUT OF SCARY PIT TO THE PALACE.
