GOD CANNOT FORGET YOU
MAIN TEXT – ISAIAH 49:15-16 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, these may forget, yet will not I forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.
ISAIAH 52:9 – Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem; for Jehovah hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.
There could be those moments that you feel that the Holy Spirit is very far from you and you think that He is no more with you especially when you fall into temptations of many kinds or you begin to disengage from fellowship that you no longer attend bible study times and praying with other believers or even stop doing your personal devotion to God. it is true that whenever any of these happens, we feel spiritually dry and disconnected but it doesn’t mean that God abandoned us.
God is simply waiting and calling you to repent and come back to Him.
There is no person with any sin that God is not interested to save. He misses your presence too and today is the right day for you to come back to Him if you are experiencing spiritual dryness. He does not want us to fall and remain on the ground. He is your loving Father, always ready to welcome a repentant child.
Beloved, don’t accept those lies again from Satan. God is still interested in you. Share your burdens with Him and reconcile now. There is no better time to do this, now is the appointed time. God has not forgotten you, He will keep and uphold you till the end.
A REPENTANT RETURN TO THE FATHER IS THE WAY TO FULFILMENT
PRAYER: Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me, restore the joy of my salvation. Spirit of God; keep me and may I never lose my place in your heart.
