LOOK AND LIVE
MAIN TEXT: Acts 4:12
Neither is there any salvation in any other; for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.
Isaiah 45:22- Look unto me and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God and there is none else.
Today’s devotion is urging us to look unto God as the ultimate solution giver to every challenge that tends to confront us in life.
To look unto God requires us fixing our eyes of faith and heart of hope unto God alone. In other words, outside Him there’s no hope for us to live. So you see God as your all in all and the final say of your situation.
Some Christians claim to be looking unto God whereas their attitudes and confessions are contradicting the positive report of the Lord for their lives. In fact, some of us are unstable in our ways or what we profess about God towards us. And that’s why it seems as if the enemy (Satan) is taking advantage over us by mesmerizing us with one sickness or the other. May God deliver our soul from been victims. Amen!
God is still in the business of bringing abundant life to all who will believe in him. John 10:10. It doesn’t matter how long you have looked away from God due to ignorance, today you have another chance to look unto Him and live; God cares and would want to give you an expectant end- Jeremiah 29:11.
