WORKING WITH DIVINE HELP

WORKING WITH DIVINE HELP

MAIN TEXT: 1 SAMUEL 17:50

So David prevailed over the philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the philistine, and smote him; but there was no sword in the hand of David

PSALM 124:8- Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth.

Working with divine help implies involving God in every tasking situation that may confront you. Also, you see him as the only one who is able to see you through from your challenges.

David is a typical example of a man that worked with divine help. When confronted by the mighty Goliath, he was not moved by sight but faced him by faith and at the end he won. But ordinarily in the eyes of men he was not qualified to face goliath as he was seen to be foolish to have come to challenge the enemy. However, David never allowed where men placed him to dictate his fate or destiny, because he understood and involved the God who is bigger than the biggest in his battle and he won.

So, if you must work by divine help, you must work by faith and not by sight. You must also encourage yourself by the victory which you obtained in the past through the help of God in other to face the present challenge. 1 Samuel 17:37.

Finally, the testimony that comes when working with divine help is always unprecedented, ground shaking, marvellous and all to the glory of God Halleluiah!
