THE DAY’S WORK

ECCLESIASTES 3:1 “To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven.
There are seasons and times for everything we do and for all that happen to us. We all have our callings, destinies and purposes to fulfil but they are also to be fulfilled within a given time of our lives. Beloved, your destiny has a time frame and if you must make an impact and fulfil it, then you must start working now while it is day. You must start making every hour and every day count. There should be no time to waste because the night is fast coming when no work can be done.
The days of laziness where one sleeps, wakes up and sleeps again are over. The days of procrastination are over. It is time to plan your life; it is time to write the vision and run with it. It is time to give birth to your dreams and fulfil them. Now is the time of mercy and salvation. This is the time to serve the Lord with your youth and strength. Now is the time to be all that God has purposed for you to be. Soon the curtain will be drawn; soon the day time will be over; soon the night time will come when no man will work again and all men will receive the reward of what they have done.
There will always be reasons and excuses why we cannot or should not work; but we are to live above all those excuses, go all out and plant, go out and work, go out and invest. If we expect any reward afterwards, then we must work now.
EVERYTHING YOU FIND TO DO, YOU MUST DO IT WELL AND QUICKLY.
