DO NOT LIVE IN REGRETS

DO NOT LIVE IN REGRETS

Main text: 2 Corinthians 5:17“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature; old things are passed away, behold, all things are become new”.

Proverbs 15:13 – A glad heart makes a cheerful face, but by sorrow of heart the spirit is crushed.

When you know your redemptive rights and position, you will develop and constantly carry a victory mentality. You should have an understanding of who you are by virtue of your new birth, so that you will not remain in the bondage of satan, for which Jesus had set you free. Do not allow anybody to remind you of your past. Your new status of accepting Jesus Our Lord as your personal Lord and saviour of your life, grants you entrance into God’s class. Because you are born again, you have become a completely new creation, Brand New! Not an adjustment of your old self, full of regrets. God declares you righteous. He becomes your real Father, and you become his real son (John 1:12). He comes into you with all His strength, glory and majesty and makes you strong in Him. You are now His loved son/ daughter. You now occupy a special place in His heart. You have his nature, His life, His spirit, His faith, His love (Ezekiel 36:26). Everything God is and has is now made available to you (Ephesians 2:4-6). You are joined with Him, so don’t live in regrets, nor remember your past.

What you lost in the beginning, you have regained in Christ. You are now restored to your former place of authority and dominion. You are now indestructible. No devil can defeat you, as you stand in your proper position with God. You now have the nature of God. You have been declared more than conqueror. Now you can boldly say to him “satan get lost”.

YOU ARE A CHOSEN GENERATION, A ROYAL PRIESTHOOD.

Prayer Point: Father Lord don’t allow the grief, hurt, pains and heart breaking experiences of the past control my future decisions in Jesus name Amen.
