FOLLOW GOD’S TIME TABLE
Main text: Ecclesiastes 3:1 – “To everything, there is a season and a time to every purpose under the Heaven”.
Galatians 5:25 – since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.
God our maker uses time to achieve His own goals on earth. He uses time to develop the seeds of greatness that He plants in the soul of people. God gave you time, and you invested time into people and created friendships. God also gave you time, not money and you exchanged your time for paper money from your employer. Follow God’s time- Table. Moses was trained by God for eighty (80yrs) before he became a great deliverer. Jesus invested thirty years (30yrs) of time before He began his full time earthly ministry of three and half years (31/2). It takes time to develop a strong relationship with your Mentor. It takes time to establish a proven reputation of integrity. It makes time to carefully build financial foundation for a great future. It takes time to be restored when you have made a major mistake. “And let us not be weary in well doing; for in due season, we shall reap if we faint not” (Galatians 5:16).
Ecclesiastes 3:11 – “He had made everything beautiful in His time”. Schedule and plan your day with the Holy Spirit to receive counsel (Psalm 91:1). Guard the access to your life. Qualify those who enter your arena of life. Eliminate the things God did not specifically tell you to do. The book of Ephesians 5:16 tell as this: “Redeeming the time, because the days are evil”. When you follow God’s timetable, the fruit of patience will become a powerful virtue in your life. The patience of God has produced millions of saved lives.
