LET IT GO

LET IT GO

MAIN TEXT: JOB 11:13-14 (KJV)

“If thou prepare thine heart, and stretch out thine hands towards him; If iniquity be in thine hand, put it far away and let not wickedness dwell in thy tabernacles”.

Ephesians 4:32 – Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you

Jesus the great physician never covers up an infected sore. He insists it be lanced drained, cleansed, and given time to heal. May be you are going through bad experiences of life, do not be discouraged Jesus is not impressed by our faults and wounds but He is moved with compassion for the healing of our infirmities. (Hebrews 2:15). He understands your struggles and He himself have been through suffering and temptation, so He knows what it is like and is wonderfully able to help us’ (Hebrew 2:18). The rewards of repentance are awesome. Zophar replies to Job (and you are being encouraged with these words) – ‘Prepare your heart and lift up your hands to him in prayer. Get rid of your sins, and leave all iniquity behind you. Your face will brighten with innocence. You will be strong and free of fear. You will forget your misery; it will be like water flowing away. Having hope will give you courage. You will be protected and rest in safety. You will be unafraid, and many will look to you for help (Job 11-13 NLT). Whether it is guilt over something you have done, or the pain of something that was done to you, let it go today. Step into the river of God’s grace and let it flow over you, to set you free.

LET GRACE SPEAK FOR US TODAY

Prayer Point: Oh God of mercy, give me the grace to let go easily.
