SPEAK UP
MAIN TEXT: Ephesians 5:11 – “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness but rather reprove them. (KJV)
1 Peter 3:15 (KJV): But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you, a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fears”.
As Christians, we are supposed to be involved in the things of God and speak up when we see things that are against the will of God, we should never be quiet. We should keep in mind that we are to do so with gentleness and respect. We are not to judge, that is, we are not to cast down punishment, for that authority alone is reserved for Jesus, but we are to discern, and bring the attention of things that are wrong.
Furthermore, we are to look at the actions of others and be able to say, “This is wrong or right”. As Christians, we should not be ashamed of the gospel of Christ: because it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first and also to the Greek. Beloved, speak up by confessing with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved and souls will be won into the kingdom of God.
SPEAK THE TRUTH AND GOD WILL BE PLEASED WITH YOU
PRAYER : Father! Let my speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that I may know how I ought to answer every man in Jesus Name.
