AVOID DISTRACTION
MAIN TEXT: 2 CORINTHIANS 10:12 – For we dare not compare ourselves with those who commend themselves. But they measuring themselves by themselves and comparing themselves among themselves are not wise.
1 Corinthians 6:20
For you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.
Distraction can be seen as an enemy of focus. God calls each of us towards a greater purpose for our lives. We should keep moving forward to reach it. What purpose is God calling you? Don’t be drawn to different directions at the same time; it is another subtle way of distraction.
There are gifts that God uses in decorating every one of us, the gifts must be put to adequate use. When you discover your gifts, go to the environment that will grow it and make you relevant beyond man’s comprehension. Don’t relax in the places that you are the best, go to challenging zones to strengthen yourself.
Guilt and regrets are tools to either stop or delay our success. Past failures and regrets overshadow us when we pay attention to it. We are on a journey to success, but mistakes are inevitable, this does not mean that we should remain troubled and distracted because of it. Determine to reach where God has designed for you.
