DELIVERANCE FROM TROUBLES
MAIN TEXT: Psalm 91:15 He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.
Psalm 91:13 – “You will tread on the lion and the cobra; you will trample the young lion and the serpent.”
God isn’t afraid of anything. Trouble doesn’t scare Him. He will be with us in trouble. It doesn’t matter whether it is a fiery furnace or a lion’s den, He will come to both. It doesn’t matter whether it is a desert or a valley, He will come there. He is with us in trouble, and one way, the main way that we experience His presence, is through prayer. He will be present in ways that assure you He is listening.
Let’s be honest this morning: there isn’t a single person in this world who can keep us safe, secure, and steadfast. You have no idea what this afternoon could hold.
So, why not rest in the God who will keep you safe. If you trust him to save you from your greatest danger, then why wouldn’t you trust him in the small ones?
Assured security is in God. Today, whether you have suffered from the attacks of the enemies, God is removing them from you now. He Himself will deliver you from the hunter’s net, from the destructive plague.” Psalm 91:3,
IF GOD IS YOUR ONLY GOD, THEN RELAX IN HIM
PRAYER: I declare and decree that I will give God the shout of praise over the battles of my life. Let all attacking arrows be consumed by God’s fire in Jesus’ name, Amen.
