THE WALLS ARE TUMBLING DOWN
MAIN TEXT: Joshua 6:2 And the Lord said to Joshua, “See, I have given Jericho into your hand, with its king and mighty men of valor.
Hebrews 11:30 – “By faith the walls of Jericho fell, after the people had marched around them for seven days”.
It is said that Jericho had walls that were thick enough to run chariots on the top. It was a fortified city, and the only way the Israelites were going to defeat it was through a miracle. In the sight of God, the Jericho walls were just a cube of sugar waiting to dissolve in water—this is simply how those mighty problems become when you take them to God. The Jericho walls around you, are crumbling before your eyes now in Jesus’ name.
Victorious Christians are people who know the promises of God because they spend time meditating on God’s Word; they believe the promises of God because the Word of God generates faith in their hearts; and they reckon on these promises and obey what God tells them to do.
Stop panicking about the situation. You don’t have to sit in discouragement or confused. Speak to those opposing walls with the word of God—challenge them in the name of Jesus Christ. Are you in a place that you wish to retreat based on the difficulties of life? Remember that every limiting wall is standing until the arrival of a wall breaker—don’t remain there, break through.

PRAYER: I speak upon my life that any power that is saying ‘let them kill or frustrate me, and see what will become of my dreams’, I command that power to die, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
