THE ROPE OF FAITH 2
Main text: Hebrews 11:1- Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
Mark 11:24 – Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
From yesterday’s story about the little girl and her faith in the great God, we learned that Faith has the answer before the answer can be seen. Faith is like the rope the reaches the heaven to obtain the blessings of God before it can be touched with hands.
The little girl sat confidently with her large umbrella by her side because she believed that with her faith she already got the answer. When we connect and hook to the answer by faith in God, patience is required to use the rope of Faith and draw down the blessings, this is done by thanking and praising God for the answer that you have received.
As you practice this, let your heart be glad and your face with smiles just like the little girl did. A rope is gotten by intertwining many strands together.
Beloved, determine this year to intertwine the word of God and His promises by faith on your 2019 expectations to secure your answers. Put complete faith in the All-powerful God, who created everything out of nothing and He will never disappoint you.
WITHOUT FAITH THERE IS NO EVIDENCE
PRAYER: Lord, give me the grace so that I don’t lose confidence in you in Jesus name. Amen.
