BE A LIFE BUILDER

BE A LIFE BUILDER

MAIN TEXT: JUDE 1:20 But ye beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost.

Matthew 5:16 ―Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in Heaven‖.

Everyone has strength and weaknesses. But any strength not sustained diminishes into a weakness. Each one of you is part of the body of Christ and you are chosen to live together in peace. (Colossians 3:215).

Be a life builder. God intends for us to experience life together. The Bible calls this shared experience in fellowship. It includes unselfish loving, honesty, practical service, sacrificial giving, and comforting etc. The body of Christ like your own body is really a collection of many small cells. Every Christian needs to be involved in a small group within their church, whether, it is a house fellowship group, a Sunday school class or a Bible study.

In real fellowship, people experience genuine, heart to heart sharing. It happens when people are honest about who they are and what is happening in their lives. They share their hearts, reveal their feelings, confess their failure, disclose their doubts, admit their errors, acknowledge their weakness and ask for help and prayer.

We only grow by taking risks and the most difficult risk of all is to be honest with ourselves and with others. There should be mutuality in your Christian race that is an art of giving and receiving. Remain blessed as you build life.

AS HOLY PEOPLE, BE KIND, HUMBLE, GENTLE AND PATIENT.

Prayer Point: O Lord Jesus, I ask for your divine Grace to enable me add to other people’s life in Jesus name.
