Main text: Acts 2:21 – And it shall be, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Matthew 24:13 – But he that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved.
To escape the wrath of God that will soon come upon the world is to have the life of Christ and to live that life to the end. The surest way is to remain steadfast to the end. The coming of Christ shall be like a thief in the night but the church, it shall be an event of joy and peace because our Master, Jesus Christ is coming to give us eternal salvation.
Every person who believes and calls the name of God shall be saved but we have a responsibility to make it to the end and that calls for being ever ready, dressed for service, waiting in hope for the arrival of our saviour.There was a Judge who refused Christ in his life and on the day of his demise, the family called me to pray for him. As I entered his room, this judge was screaming, ‘Fire! Fire!’. He cried that he was already in great pain and torment of the devil and hell.
At that time, he could no longer hear me and immediately, he died.There is time for everything beloved. Jesus is the only way of escape. Embrace Him and worship Him alone. Now is the time of salvation, make good use of it.
THERE IS NO GREATER GAIN THAN HAVING CHRIST
Prayer Point: Jesus Christ, have mercy on me and give me mercy to end well. I will not miss heaven. Amen
