KEEP YOUR VISION ALIVE
MAIN TEXT: Proverbs 16:3 “Commit your works to the Lord, And your plans will be established.”
Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
George Washington had a dream: Freedom. On December 25, 1776, His army was untrained, under-resourced, many had no shoes, and they all had little food, and inferior weaponry. But George Washington boldly (and famously) wrote: “Victory or death.”
On the day of the attack, Colonel Rall, the British officer in charge, was handed a note by a shivering loyalist, but he tucked it away in his pocket and didn’t read it. He didn’t want the Christmas celebration with his troops to be disturbed.
Once the attack began, Rall jumped on his horse, ran into the fray, and was critically wounded. As he lay dying in the hospital, having been dragged from the battlefield, he finally read the note tucked in his pocket. It read, “The American Army is marching on Trenton.” Unfortunately!
What you have as a gift is the tool for your greatness and success. Don’t belittle your vision or gift. Pursue the vision with God on your side, you will make it. He is the master planner.
DON’T QUIT, COMMIT IT TO GOD
PRAYER: I decree that evey good vision that God has given me will come to pass. I will be the first partaker of the blessings in Jesus name Amen
