WHERE ARE THE SOULS?

JANUARY 24 THURSDAY

Topic: Where are the souls?

Main text: Proverbs 11:30 “The fruit of righteousness is a tree of life; and he that winneth a soul is wise”

Second text: Matthew 10:7 (KJV) – ‘And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand’.

The heartbeat of God is soul winning, that is, preaching to the unbelievers to acknowledge the love of the father accept Jesus Christ into their lives as their Lord and personal savior.

When we tell our neighbours, friends, colleagues at work about the love of the father, the bible tells us that we are wise (from our bible text today). We are laying up treasures for ourselves in heaven where moth or thieves do not operate (Matthew 6:20). According to the scriptures in Mark 16:15, And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

This was Jesus talking to His disciples (you inclusive) to reach and extend the free gift of salvation which they received. The above scripture, informs us that we are saved to save others. On every believer’s head is hanging a soul that needs the message of redemption which Christ brought.

Have you consciously made effort to talk to that perishing soul in love? God expects us to reach out to all especially in the environment we find ourselves. Win a soul for the today and receive the blessing that follow thereafter. May God help us to reach out today in Jesus name, Amen

As you step out today, share the message of salvation with someone and win him for Christ.

Prayer Point: Father, help me to win souls for you in Jesus Name.
