GOD’S PROMOTION
MAIN TEXT:Daniel 2:48 –
Then the king promoted Daniel and gave him many great gifts, and he made him ruler over the whole province of Babylon and chief prefect over all the wise men of Babylon.
James 4:10 – Humble yourselves before the Lord and He will promote you.
When God exalts a man, there is nothing of which to be ashamed. His honour is good and clean. There is no corruption in it. God’s exaltation is filled with His blessing.After you are able to look to God instead of to men for what you need, God will place you into your dream at the right time, in the right place, and in the right way.
God only promotes you if you are a grace-oriented Christian. If you are grace-oriented you will not only understand that everything you are is from God’s grace but this doctrine will be foundational in your decision making.
Become worthy of promotion. Become the person who can successfully sustain the promotion you desire over decades and decades of service. Building godly character is the only way to go about that. Finally, Embrace the lifestyle of praise and thanksgiving – God deserves it. Where you are today is somebody’s prayer point. Praise will always win the race. When you live a lifestyle of praises to God, you will enjoy a good raise in life.
