A TIME TO SOW

A TIME TO SOW

Main Text: Psalm 126:5 – They that sow in tears shall reap in Joy.

1Corinthians 9:6a – but this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly.

The bible says in the book of Ecclesiastes 3:2; ‘A time to plant and a time to pluck out that which was planted”. Child of God the time we are in is a time to sow. Life is all about sowing; it depends on the one you choose either negative or positive. We need to focus on the positive part of sowing, though it may be painful, stressful, but at the end of it all the scripture says that whatever a man sows so shall he reap.

Sowing in tears is sacrificing for the future, doing the will of God without grudge or complain especially in the house God, your reward is coming not only in heaven but also on earth. Sowing also means sacrificing for others for the sake of the kingdom and living a blameless life, sowing the word of God into our lives will yield  so many good  things that we did not expect.

A time to sow is to tell you that it is for a season, and after that season there will be an unexpected turn up just as when someone sows in time of planting. At the time of harvest he should be expecting a very good and tangible result that will benefit him and satisfy Him in due season. But anyone who did not so should not expect anything at all; God wants us to sow on a fertile ground so as to reap and rejoice in him.

DON’T FOLD YOUR HANDS IT IS TIME FOR SOWING.

Prayer point – Oh God of harvest, Let my harvest yield more fruits and command unending wealth.
