HEAVEN IS FOR CHRISTIANS
Main Text: John 14:2 – In my father’s house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself that where I am there ye may be also.
Heaven is the dwelling place of the Most High God, Jesus Christ our senior brother the host of angels and also we that are redeemed by the blood of our savior Jesus Christ. Heaven is not a place for sinners, it is for Christians who have genuinely repented who serve and love the Lord with all their heart and soul and do the will of the almighty God.
John 3:18 says he that believe on him is not condemned, but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten son of God. John 3:3 also says, “Jesus answered and said unto him, verily, verily I say unto thee, except a man be born again he cannot see the kingdom of heaven”. That is the criteria for an unbeliever; except he accepts Christ as his Lord and personal savior and repents from his sin. Jesus told us in John 14:3 , That he is going to prepare a place for us and he will come and take us that where he is that is were we will also be.
The earthly activities must not be a distraction to us because eternity is a reality and we must plan for it. Heaven is a place to be. Let’s thrive to be there.
