DON’T ACCEPT DEFEAT
Main Text: Luke 10:19 – Behold I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Romans 8:37 – Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
Every child of God or Christians are on a battle every day, with the master who is the Captain of the host and because the Lord is in our side, we are the wining team together with the host of heaven so we should not accept defeat.
Who are we battling with? Ephesians 6:12 tells us that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. So this battle is not a fleshy one but that of the spiritual therefore the Lord has already made available for us spiritual power and authority to be able to stand and his cheering team in heaven are also there cheering us not to faint for we are more than conquerors in Christ.
Defeat is not for us. Jesus Christ fought the greatest battle on the cross and conquered the evil powers with public humiliation and has given us the power to continue reigning with the victory He got. Do not accept pity or defeat but you are on top.
WE ARE VICTORIOUS IN CHRIST JESUS
