END WELL

END WELL

MAIN TEXT: 2 John 8

Watch out that you do not lose what you have worked for, but that you may be rewarded fully.

2 TIMOTHY 4:7

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have kept the faith.

Be reminded that your enemy, the devil doesn’t want you to end this journey well so that you will not inherit your magnificent mansion which Jesus Christ has prepared for you in heaven. His main aim is to kill, steal and destroy your vision and mission of going to heaven. Knowing the beauty and splendor of Heaven which he has already missed, he is using every instrument within his possession to distract and make you lose focus of where you are going and follow the wrong route which leads to destruction (hell fire).

He will use machineries like afflictions of sickness and diseases, hardship, childlessness, delay in marriage, desire for a particular sex of child, business or admission disappointment, intimidations and oppression of all levels etc to discourage you from loving, trusting, obeying and relying on the faithfulness of your God.

To end this journey well you must be like the five virgins who prepared very well with extra oil to wait for the coming of the groom. As a pilgrim, you must have the fear of God for the Bible tells us that this is the beginning of wisdom, have absolute faith in God because without faith it is impossible to please God and learn to trust the power and faithfulness of God.

STARTING WELL IS GOOD BUT TO END WELL IS WHERE THE REWARD LIES

Prayer Point – In Jesus name, Lord I need your grace to run well and finish well. Amen
