Be Baptized into Christ
Main Text: Romans 6:3 – Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized
into Jesus Christ were baptized into death? (KJV).
Roman 6:4 (KJV) “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that
like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life”.
Beloved, you must be born again of water and the Spirit. Bearing fruit is an
evidence of those who are sincerely baptized. Being baptized into Christ requires a personal confession of sins. Being baptized into Christ is the total death of self and a total commitment to sacrifice.
Beloved, do you know that for all of you who were baptized into Christ have
clothed yourselves with Christ? Then Peter said to them, repent, and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost”. Act 2:38 (KJV).
Being baptized into Christ is an actual act that places a person into Christ. The
Apostle Paul lived in the light of the fact that he is dead to sin in Christ. “I am
crucified with Christ; Nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me, and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. Gal 2:20 KJV.
Beloved, if you are baptized into Christ, the Holy Spirit will put you into union
with Christ, and you will share his death to sin and his resurrection power unto life. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ Gal 3:27

PRAY TO BE BAPTIZED INTO UNION WITH CHRIST, SO THAT YOU
WILL BE CLOTHED.
