Givers are Receivers
Main Text: Acts 20:35 I have showed you all things, how that so laboring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, it is more blessed to give than to receive.
Luke 6:38 “Give and it shall be given unto you, good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over shall men give into your bossom for with the same measure that ye met with it shall be measured to you again.”
There is more blessings attached to giving, it is when we give first then we receive, the scripture says it is more blessed to give than to receive. Our Lord Jesus Christ was the first gift that the Father gave to the whole world. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life, (John 3:16) this great gift to the world today has brought many sons and daughters to the Most High God.
The feeding of the five thousand men with five loaves of bread and two fishes and also the feeding of four thousand with seven loaves and small fishes and at the end of the day they were 12 and 7 baskets remaining respectively. Mark 8:19-20 As children of God let us follow these principles of giving then you will never lack. The hand of a giver does not lack oil of wealth and goodness. It is by this character that the back bone of poverty is broken. The life of a giver is pleasing to those around him. Giving has a way of teaching us that there is life after the earth life.
THE MORE YOU GIVE, THE MORE YOU RECEIVE.
