HEAVEN IS POSSIBLE
Main Text: John 3:16 – For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Colossians 1:10 – That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
Beloved, it is the desire of God that we reign with Him and enjoy the place which He has gone to prepare for us. Heaven is the place for the children of God. It is only those who have lived a pleasing life for God gains access into heaven. One may ask, how can I live a life pleasing for God?
Firstly, you must understand that it is not by your own power that you live a pleasing life. You must accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, thereafter, the Holy Spirit of God comes upon you, aiding your daily walk with Him and helping you bear fruits that are pleasing to the Him. God, out of love for us has given us His son to save us from destruction that while we were yet sinners, He died for us because He cares for us and wants us to be reunited with Him in heaven. The bible says that “he that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.‟ (John 3:36).
Therefore, for heaven to be a possible destination for you, you must believe and accept Jesus Christ into your life so as to enable the Spirit to aid you live a pleasing life.
HEAVEN IS A POSSIBLE DESTINATION FOR THE SAINTS.
