RESTORING LOST GLORY
MAIN TEXT: JOEL 2:25.
“I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army which I sent among you”.
EXODUS 17:6 “Behold, I will stand before you there on the rock at Horeb; and you shall strike the rock, and water will come out of it that the people may drink.” And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.
The Lord will bring you back to your place of Glory and honor in Jesus name. Amen. He will repair every broken walls of defense in your life in Jesus. Every person that stole from you will return it because God’s word has already gone ahead of you. You shall no more be called forsaken. What is dead in your life that is supposed to be alive is waking up to function again in Jesus name.
When the enemy succeeded in luring Israel to sin against God and they were taken into exile, The devil thought the will never be release from Babylonian captivity. A careful study of Joel 2:2-17 reveals the demands attitude expected from persons desiring genuine restoration. Return to God with your hearts, rend your hearts not your garments. In His benevolence, He will restore you.
Restoring your lost glory is beyond the act of reestablishment maybe in affluence and buoyancy as it once were; Losing your joy of salvation is a glory that must return, losing your peace in the Lord, is a glory that must return, maybe you manifested spiritual gift once but due to sin and lack of fellowship, you lost it, that’s a glory that must return. Dearly Beloved, if you now struggle to pray, you have lost a glory, and that must return.
