THURSDAY, DECEMBER 6
He Lives Forevermore
Main Text: Revelation 1:18 (KJV) “I am he that liveth, and was dead and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death”.
John 11:25 – Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life.
The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; We serve a living God who lives forevermore. Jesus died and resurrected, (Luke 24: 6-7) and that is the confidence we have in our faith in him.
He is not like the others who do not know where they are going and yet have blind followers. And because he lives, we can face tomorrow because he holds the future. We should fear not because our redeemer lives. Jesus is bigger and greater than any challenge of life. He is the God of all flesh, and there is nothing too difficult for him to do. (Genesis 18:14).
We are not just serving him only on this earth, our confidence and hope, is that we shall go to be with him in Heaven (John 14: 1-3). Where he has prepared a permanent home for us. Halleluya. Our Lord Jesus live forevermore. This goes to show that as long as we live godly, righteous, and holy life in Christ Jesus, we too will live forever after our journey here on earth.
So we should be encouraged. Because Christ lives you can face tomorrow, He lives forevermore for our good and joy. Hold unto this privilege of blessing in Christ.
Live Godly and Live forever.
