KEEPING GOD’S GLORY

FEBRUARY 6 WEDNESDAY

TOPIC: KEEPING GOD’S GLORY

MAIN TEXT: “Ye are the light of the world, a city that set is set on an hill cannot hid” –Matthew 5:14

(KJV) Second text: “The path of the just is as the shining light, that shined more and more unto perfect day” – Proverbs 4:18 (KJV)

You are God’s glory, He is seeing and rejoicing. He created men, for men to represent Him on earth. Live the life of God (Zoe) in all righteousness.

The level God expects His children to operate spiritually are beyond men’s understanding but many Christians are living only to satisfy the desires of the flesh.

Keeping God’s glory is a call to representing God as an ambassador on earth. Exhibiting the character and nature of God in our daily living here on earth is what God expects from us.

Many have derailed from the original plan of God for us which is fear Him and keep His commandments (Ecclesiastes 12:13).

The bible tells us that many are called but few are chosen. Thrive to be the selected ones that will preserve the glory of God.

Remember, where wheat is grown, tares also grow but it is the Lord that will separate the wheat (the righteous) from tares (the unrighteous). Don’t allow the light you carry quench on the road as a result of distractions.

Maintain your relationship and communication with God by keeping to His commandments.

Continue shining for your master

Prayer Point: Oh Lord, may your glory be seen in me and may my life be a light to others in Jesus name. Amen.
