IS HOLINESS IN BUSINESS?

IS HOLINESS IN BUSINESS?

MAIN TEXT: 1 THESSALONIANS 3:13 ―To the end he may establish your Hearts unblameable in Holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints‖.

Matthew 6:24 ―No man can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one, and love the other or else he will hold to the one and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and Mammon‖.

God expects His children to be Holy, just as He is Holy. Live as children of obedience to God; do not conform yourselves to the evil desires that governed you, in your ignorance, when you did not know the requirements of the Gospel, but as one who called you is Holy, you yourselves also be holy in all your conduct and manner of living.(1 Peter 1:14-16).

Holiness is separation to God. There is no shortcut to abundance. God’s intention is to make you free from struggles. God does not bless a man and collects it back through sickness, nor expose him to robbers, nor set his house on fire. The blessings of God make rich and do not add any sorrow.

Hence, Holiness is required in business. God cuts off anything that causes sorrow. Whatever you go through the backdoor to collect will finish when the source finishes. God is our source and He is very stable, consistent, and never disappoints.

Don’t live for gold, live for God. Seek God’s connection more than you are seeking human connections. ―They looked unto him, and were lightened and their faces were not ashamed‖ (Psalm 34:5). If you don’t want to see shame, look to God. He is the source. People who are outside God, search for money day and night, they keep looking for who to take advantage of and who to grab something from.

God is saying, I know you need those things; cloths, shelter, food etc. (Matt. 6:32) but if you serve me, money will serve you.

BY DESTINY, THE WORLD IS TO ENVY YOU.

Prayer Point: O Lord God, help me to put you first in all I do even in my business In Jesus name Amen.
