GRACE THROUGH ROUGH PATH

GRACE THROUGH ROUGH PATH

Joshua 1:9 “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go”.

Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, and ever present help in trouble.

This present world is full of tribulations. Jesus said in his word that we should rejoice when we go through divers troubles that it is working in us and leading us to perfection. God never promised us that we won’t face troubles but he assured us that he won’t give us temptation greater than we could bear.

Jesus while he also was on earth faced tribulation and in the garden of Gethsemane he prayed that the cup should pass him over but he agree to the counsel of God by saying let your will be done.

Everyone must go through a rough path at some particular stage of one’s life. It is not God enjoys seeing us go through troubles but it is also one of the strategies of God to deal with some flesh in us in order for us to partake of his supernatural life and also to teach us to trust more in him.

God sometimes uses the troubles of life to get attentions of his children whose heart has departed from him but one thing is assured he won’t ever leave us in it to face the troubles on our own. Troubles, Tribulation doesn’t come sometimes because you have sinned or do something wrong. It has its purpose. Each time troubles come we should ask,God what is this troubles here to do in my life, what has it come to change that is when we will have joy when we go through several troubles.

Knowing that troubles comes to reveal the glory of God and to kill some flesh will make us have joy and not fall into depression. Every trouble has a purpose. Knowing this will make us not be hasty to change it.

TRIALS DO NOT LAST FOREVER, IT IS TEMPORARY. ALLOW GOD TO DO HIS WORK IN YOU.

Prayer: Father in the name of Jesus, grant me grace through troubles and the spirit of joy through trial.
