PREVAILING AGAINST ALL ODDS
Main Text: Romans 8:39
Neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
1 Peter 5:8- Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion for someone to devour.
When the word prevail is used in a context, it shows that there is the presence of an opposing force. Prevail could mean to succeed, to be or prove superior in strength, power or influence. So prevailing against all odds is the encouraging message to hold on to in life wherever we are at any point.
Having this winning mindset gives us the breakthrough and outstanding success in life. It is important to know that honour comes with diligence, perseverance with patience.
It is often said that life doesn’t give us what we want, but it gives us what we want. Sometimes to be able to stand out on the glorious platforms and receive accolades, we have to swim across the tides that oppose our dreams.
Remember, that everything has a price tag, work yourself to purchase the items that you need in life. Be assured that “nothing can separate us from the love of God” if we believe.
