YOU CAN START AGAIN

Main text: Psalm 145:14 – Jehovah upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that are bowed down.

Proverbs 24:16 – For a righteous man falleth seven times, and riseth up again; But the wicked are overthrown by calamity.

Mistakes are part of what make us. It is okay to fall but unacceptable to remain down. Mistakes maybe results of bad decisions and choices we made. Observe an infant learning to walk. He takes one, two, three steps and falls down but gets up to try again and until his feet gets strong and steps firmer, he doesn’t quit. That is the attitude of a winner.

If and when you fall, pick yourself back up. The psalmist tells us, ‘a righteous man falls seven times…’ but if you have fallen more than seven times, get up and move on.
There are times when quitting or remaining down after all fall seem good and appealing, defeat inescapable and retreat the only option but learned as much as you can and start over again. For this reason, the bible tells us to mind the company you need.

Truly, a friend in need is a friend indeed – A period, when you need friends to lift you up and they are all around you. When life kicks you, let it kick you forward! Refuse to accept failure as the final port. What looks impossible is possible with courage.

Mountains only seem so high from the valley. The road to success runs uphill. Take God’s hand outstretched to you. He is the glory and the lifter of your head.

WHEN YOU FALL, LIFT UP YOUR HAND AND GOD WILL RAISE YOU UP

Prayer: Father, raise me up and restore all that I lost in time past. Amen
