TOO CONNECTED TO FAIL

Main text: John 15:4 – Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me.

Isaiah 41:16 – See, I have inscribed you on the palms of my hands; your walls are continually before me.

Children of God, having received the assurance from the Lord that we are not alone but you connected to fall, we need to continue to be connected to him always. Anyone who for any reason at all disconnects from him will dry up spiritually and this will affect all other areas of life because spiritual controls physical. However, when we stay connected to God, there are bountiful blessings awaiting us. Some of these blessings we can derive as we stay connected to Jesus are answered by him in the book of John 15:7 which say, ‘If you abide me and my words abide in you, you shall ask what you will and it shall be done onto you. We stay connected to Jesus by abiding in his word. This means modeling our lives to dictates and principles of his word. You need to back up your every thoughts and actions which is word. Staying connected to Jesus requires walking intimately with him. And when you do, doesn’t matter what you are going through, he is right there by you. When did three Hebrew boys were facing the King Nebuchadnezzar, to an outsider, it may have appeared they were on their own without any help but the boys were confident and they knew who they believed. They were bold enough to tell the King they would lay down their lives even if God does not rescue them but the God we serve we always show up on our behalf.
God has designed life in such a way that we are dependent on each other and when we need help from friends and become weary from neglect never to worry, God is the only one that will never forsake or disappoint you. Psalm 27:10 says, ‘When my father and my mother forsake me then, the Lord will take me up.
SET YOUR LOVE UPON GOD AND HE WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU
Prayer: Heavenly father, as I stay connected to you, let your goodness and mercy follow me always in Jesus name. Amen
