COMMANDING DIVINE GLORY

MAIN TEXT: ISAIAH 62:2 – “And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shall be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name”.

Isaiah 62:3 “Thou shalt be a crown of Glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God”.

Beloved of God, the glory of God, which is the presence of God, will not depart from us, Amen. To command is to enforce, control, have authority over a situation or group of people, or to give order to a thing etc.
It is our duty to always remain focused on God – the source of glory. The Glory of God in us is the light of God, His Radiance, His splendour, his majesty, exceeding glory, are all ours as long as we have accepted Him as our personal Lord and Saviour.

A son carries the authority of his father, resembles the father. A man like Joseph in Egypt maintained his glory because he feared God. Moses sustained his Glory. The three Hebrew boys commanded God’s Glory in the land of Babylon.
We must ensure we command and maintain the Divine Glory of God in our lives through obedience to Him, and avoid pride, live a life of humility for God resists the proud. Live a life of prayer.

LIVING IN GOD’S PRESENCE, KEEPS HIS GLORY IN YOUR LIFE.

Prayer: Heavenly Father help me to always abide in thy presence in order to enjoy your glory continually in Jesus name. Amen
