HE THAT HAS EAR; LET HIM HEAR
MAIN TEXT: MATTHEW 11:15 – He who has ears to hear, let him be listening and let him consider and perceive and comprehend by hearing.
Revelation 2:7 – He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers I will grant to eat of the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.’
Thousands were impacted by Jesus’ earthly ministry, but only a few people had “ears to hear.” In John 6:66, Jesus had again explained about who He is, but John records that, After this many of His disciples turned back and no longer walked with Him”.
It’s not enough to go to church but the question remains, do you have ears to hear and receive the word of God? Are you among those who only come to observe the church services but are never partakers of divine fellowship?
Faith comes by hearing and acting upon the received word of God. The word we receive here on earth is what will guarantee our Victory in this present world and the world to come. Don’t be like the sign post who keeps directing people to event centers but will not be a part of the event. Careless living is the foolish life. Open your heart to receive divine instructions because your testimony is connected to God’s directives.
