FAITH BEYOND THE NORMAL
MAIN TEXT: MATTHEW 14:28-29 “And Peter answered him, “Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water.” He said, “Come.” So Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came to Jesus.”
MATTHEW 14:30 “But when he saw the wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink he cried out, “Lord, save me.”
Fear will sink you. When Peter had faith, he walked on water. When he had fear, he sank in the water. The same is true for you. Fear will sink you. Is there any fear that is gripping and controlling your decision making? Jesus saves you from many things, know that. And to start with, faith is not normal.
In life, we face a lot of challenges and sometimes the enemy will come in different forms. He would speak through different people to pull your faith down, but it is up to you to keep your faith alive and stay connected to your Maker, because that is where you can get strength and hope.
Have you not believed in the negatives of your life for too long? Are you not tired of being drowned in the waters of life? It’s time to live by faith beyond the “normal”. Step out on the water and you will testify. Decide to end the misnomers of your life and see the helping hand of God. Your abnormal faith changes the unwanted facts and feelings of your life.
GOD IS LOOKING AT YOUR FAITH THEN YOU WILL SEE GOD HELPING YOU OUT.
PRAYER: I refuse to be drowned in the waters of my life. I step on them and I have overcome all satanic devices in Jesus name. Amen
