CONFESS AND POSSESS
Main Text: Matthew 9:29
- Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it done unto you.
Numbers 14: 28
Say unto them, As I live, saith Jehovah, surely as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you:
Confession is made with the tongue which is a small but very powerful part of the body. The words that
comes out of our mouth is very effective as it reveals the content of our inner being. We are also judged by what we say. From our bible, the two blind men received their healing not just by having faith but by confessing it. It’s not just enough to have heart-faith but our confessions work our miracle out.
A lot of people have marred their testimony with negative words from their mouths without knowing.
Murmuring is a very deadly act which we must take caution of. This act brought destruction to the People of Israel on their way to the promise land (Numbers14: 1-4).They failed to see what God can do but got terrified by the ugly prevailing challenges in their life. When you magnify your challenges above
God, it can swallow you up. But when you acknowledge the power of God above every phase of challenges of life by your confession; God gives you dominion over them all, like He gave Caleb and Joshua in Numbers 14:30.
Finally, surround your mind with positive thoughts because your confession is the product of your mindset and your possession in life is the product of your confession which can either mar you or make you. Proverbs 4:23 – Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life .
CONFESS THE BLESSINGS UNTIL YOU SEE THE BLESSINGS IN YOUR LIFE
