Favour is my Name
Main Text: Isaiah 58:11 (KJV ) “And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones, and thou shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of waters, whose waters fail not.
Proverbs 3:3-4. “Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about they neck: write them upon the table of thine heart. So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man”
Beloved, favour is an act of kindness beyond what is due to you. Favour means to be preferred, over generous preferential treatment, getting an advantage and an edge over others. Child of God, declare to yourself this day that “Favour is my name”. When favour is your name, God will always remember you and show you favour, kindness, grace and mercy whenever you need help. According to Matt 20:1-16, it was the owner of the vineyard that went out in search for people to hire. In this month God is going out of His way to locate and favour someone because “Favour is your name”.
Beloved for you to confidently say that favour is my Name, you must seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and every other things will be added unto you. Ps 5:12 (KJV) says, “for thou LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield; A shield is a protection. When God shields you, He won’t leave any space out. God will shield you from strife tongue, mockers, all those who are envious of you and He will set a table in the presence of your enemies. When “Favour is your Name”, Even when men forsake you, God will find you out, lift you up and elevate you.
