CALL ON GOD
Main Text: Jeremiah 33:3 – Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.
Isaiah 45:19 – I have not spoken in secret from somewhere in a land of darkness; I have not said to Jacobs descendants, “seek me in vain”. I, the Lord speak the truth; I declare what is right.
There is no doubt that life is filled with challenges. Sometimes, these challenges seem heavy to cope with; they tend to weigh you down. It is possible that you are going through a rough time right now. Well, you do not have to be dejected because there is someone that is mightier and heavier than any weight. He is waiting to hear you call on him in prayers.
It is said, “if there is a man to pray, there is a God to answer that prayer.” He is the one you should call because he knows the harrowing experiences you are going through. God will not allow the challenges of life to crush you as you are the apple of His eyes. God does not respond to our attitudes of fear rather he responds to our actions of faith and trust in Him. From our main text, God has already thrown an open invitation to those that are his saying we should call to Him when in difficult and celebration moments and He will answer and shows us the deep things of the kingdom.
It is only those who love and serve Him that he answers to. When your heart is full of evil, the Lord will not hear you when you call.
CALL ON HIM BECAUSE YOUR HELP COMES FROM THE LORD
Prayer Point: Lord, as I stand before your presence now, lift every burden that weighs me down and replace it with your blessings, in Jesus name, Amen.
