WALK IN THE LIGHT
MAIN TEXT: PSALM 19:105
―Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path‖.
Psalm 119:130 – The unfolding of your word gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.
Light is the absence of darkness. Darkness connotes wrong and everything evil.
The bible witnessed that in the beginning, this world we live in was covered with darkness- Genesis 1:2. God‘s word gave rise to light Genesis 1:3, to walk in the light means to live in accordance to the commandments, of God, his directives and to speak the world of faith.
The early Christians were conscious of God‘s word and therefore never compromised their faith even in the faces of great persecutions and death.
Child of God, it is time to change our world by stopping cheating, lying, killing, lust of all kinds among others. As believers, we carry light and so are givers of light, of good, of purity and so no evil or darkness should be around us.
It is your responsibility as light to create a change for better in your environment and society at large. Speak against everything wrong, expose evil and sin. Do what is right for the judgment of God is coming soon.
You have light in your mouth might now. Release that light now and always by speaking those Holy Ghost inspired words and see how well you can recreate the world around you and your life for better.
WALK WITH JESUS AND NO DARKNESS WILL PREVAIL OVER YOU
Prayer: I walk in the light of God and no darkness will comprehend nor overcome me in Jesus name.
