I CAN FACE TOMORROW
Main Text: Habakkuk 2:3 “For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it, it will certainly come and will not delay.
Matthew 6:14 “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
“Because God lives, I can face tomorrow. Because he lives all fear is gone. Because I know he holds my future, my life is worth a living, just because He lives! Remember that your tomorrow is part of your future. God holds it. Often times, we have scary thoughts about the future that our hearts are filled with fear some other times, they are thoughts that make our heart leap up in joy.
Dear friend, God is not only God of today; He is equally the God of tomorrow. This means he is in charge of our future. After all he, created it and purposely placed you in it. The Christian faith is synonymous with challenge (troubles).
We can’t be successful and powerful Christians without training. God’s training program for his children permits suffering. No problem stays forever but God does. This is a consolation.
You may be going through a situation right now that tends to ask you ‘where is your God? Well, look it in the face and tell it that your God is where he has always been- with you. That you did not get it right does not mean that you are finished; it shows that you still have areas you need to improve in your walk with God. Don’t give up on your today because without today, your tomorrow will never be.
