GOD REMEMBERS TO SETTLE
Main text: Genesis 8: 1 – And God remembered Noah, and all the beasts, and all the cattle that were with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters assuaged.
2 Corinthians 4:17 – For our light affliction, which is for the moment, worketh for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory.
We serve a dependable, faithful and impossibilities specialist God: There’s no mountain He won’t climb and no situation He won’t handle for those who trust in Him. There’s no problem without a solution and everything that has beginning has end. The challenges or troubles we go through in life is not an indicator that we are abandoned by God but they are there to bring us closer to God, mould and sharpen our character as Christians.
So, behind everyone of your trouble, there’s an unseen hand of God working to achieve something of an eternal glory that out weights that our light and momentary ugly affliction. It may seem that the promise of God in your life is delaying and may not actualize but hold on to Him and u will smile again.
From our anchor scripture, Noah and his household stayed in the arc for one hundred and fifty days (150) during the time God destroyed the world with flood. You can imagine how challenging it was for them and to humans; it seemed God has abandoned them. But at the appointed time, God remembered to settle Noah and his household.
Finally, it’s always best and most beautiful in God’s time and He will surely settle you if you don’t give up on Him.
