LOOK AND LIVE

Main text: Hebrews 12:2 –Looking onto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Numbers 21:8 – The Lord said to Moses, “make a snake and put it up on a pole; anyone who is beating can look at it and live”.

Today’s inspiration from God’s word is an instruction especially to those who truly want to live and live well. She look and live means that there is a way to follow and live and there is also another way to follow and end in destruction.

Every morning that we wake up and set out for the day’s activities, we are faced with choices –To live well or to live in regrets and pains. The decision is left for us to make. The holy word of God says that “there is a way that seems right and pleasant to man but the end is death”. This is the reason we must engage God through prayers in making our decisions.

We do not need anything – living, dead or inanimate for our salvation. Jesus Christ paid the whole debt and our faith in him will deliver us from all troubles. Looking at Jesus Christ, he is the author and finisher of our faith. He does not fail. There can never be a better saviour than Jesus Christ.

LOOK AT JESUS CHRIST IN GOOD AND BAD TIMES; YOU WON’T REGRET IT.

Prayer: I refuse to be distracted and I make a covenant that I will never bow to any other god no matter the circumstance.
