NO STORM CAN STOP ME 2
Main text – Psalm 100:3 – “Know that the Lord, He is God. It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves”
Hebrews 4:15 – “For we do not have a High priest who cannot sympathize with our weakness but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.”
Our Lord Jesus Christ assures us that whatever we go through in this life, we will surely overcome- by implication “No storm can stop us”. As believers in Christ, God our father is not insensitive to our pains and adversities.
He is Omniscient and reigns in the affairs of all men. He created and owns us. He sees your tears, feels your pains and shares in your sorrows. We have a high priest who is merciful, compassionate and sympathizes with His people. He feels every stab of pains, pangs of affliction, wave of trouble and all unpleasant situations that we are passing through by way of storm.
God has the ability and capacity to turn every storm in our way, because He is God. He will cause all things to work together for your good. (Romans 8:28) “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.”
NO MATTER HOW TRAUMATIC THE SITUATION MIGHT BE, GOD IS IN CONTROL AND WILL MAKE A WAY OUT FOR YOU
Prayer: Dear Lord, grant me grace to always remember that you will never leave nor forsake me.
