LIMIT OF SATAN’S POWER ON THE BELIEVERS

Limit of Satan’s Power on the Believers

Main Text: Job 2:6 – The Lord said to Satan “very well then, he is in your hands, but you must spare his life”.

The Gospel of Luke 4 verse 9 says “and he brought him to Jerusalem and set him on a pinnacle of the temple and said unto him, if thou be the son of God cast thyself down from the temple, but he was not given permission to push him down”. Satan has limits concerning the extent he can go concerning your life battles and/or trial. The Holy Ghost is telling us that though Satan’s anger against us may be raging and burning, his power is limited and bounded. He cannot do all the mischief he knows to do and he shall not do all he can. That’s the mercy of God.

In the case of Job, God told Satan, you have a limit and a boundary concerning him. He was permitted to attack Job’s body, but was not permitted to take his life (main text above). It is sure that life and death are not in the power of the devil or any of his cohorts (our enemies). Again Satan in temptation, cannot use force to make you sin. He has a limit he is allowed to tempt you, but is not allowed to enforce that temptation.

So brother cheer up and do not fear, for the one in you is greater than Satan. He and his demons have limits they cannot cross concerning your life, family and ministry. Therefore look up to God, don’t quit. As you hold on, Satan’s attacks will expire and he will flee if you continuously resist him.

THERE IS ONE INFINITE ALMIGHTY AND HE LIVES WITHIN YOU, SO HAVE FAITH IN GOD AND THE POWER OF THE ALMIGHTY

Prayer: I command that the plans and crafty devices of Satan and his cohorts to stop and end at the divine boundary in the Name of Jesus.
