DEDICATION TO GOD
MAIN TEXT: Romans 12:1 – Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.
1 Kings 8:61 – Let your heart therefore be wholly devoted to the Lord our God, to walk in His statutes and to keep His commandments, as at this day.”
Christian dedication to the Lord means sincere commitment of our time and talents to the honour and service of that blessed Redeemer in whom we have believed. Giving yourself to the Lord implies an unreserved surrender of your lot to Him.
Every Christian should have a moment in their life when they take this important faith walk of presenting their body to God. It means to offer your body, to dedicate your body to God for His service and His pleasure.
This will cause God to bring out the full glory of the masterpiece He has created you to be — and all will see that this beauty is because of Christ.
