Trust God Always
Main Text: Psalm 125:1
They that trust in the Lord shall be like mount Zion which cannot be moved
but abideth for ever.
Psalm 9:10 – Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, have
never forsaken those who seek you.
We are reminded in 2 Timothy 3:1 that there will be difficult times in the last
days. What is happening across the globe proves the fact that we are in the perilous days.
No doubt, we are all living in critical times, too hard to deal with. We experience financial disaster, wide spread poverty, political uncertainty, civil unrest, small or large scale wars having devastating effects not only on unbelievers but also on believers.
In all these situations, who do we trust for help? Yes, there are people today who claim to be financial wizards, great politicians and scientists who also claim to solve man.s challenges using their ingenuity and technology.
The bible says in Psalm 118:9 that it is better to take refuge in Jehovah than trust in nobles. The prophets of Baal were disappointed before Prophet Elijah and others. Their gods, Baal could not send down fire 1 King 18:29. Even today,
modern technology is still undergoing tests. Therefore, do not hope on the wisdom of the world, it is nonsense in God.s sight.
GOD WILL NEVER FORSAKE NOR ABANDON HIS OWN
