Value Good Relationship
Main Text: Ecclesiastes 4:9
“Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour”.
Romans 12:4-6
“For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another”.
Beloved of God, no man is an island. Value good relationship. Joint ventures are necessary for sustaining and advancing life. Co-operative efforts are necessary for greatness. Nobody should live life alone. Nobody is completely self-sufficient or self-made. Nobody can achieve success without the help of others. You can only reach your goals with the assistance of others.
No individual is a standalone entity and no individual is completely self-reliant. All of us in one way or another need others, especially if we intend to do great things. Some relationships are intense, Others are casual. Some are close, others are more distant. All of us have relationships on everyone of these levels, but value a good one.
Our Lord Jesus Christ had relationships on multiple levels. On the levels of His relationship were the three very close disciples Peter, James and John. Jesus would often talk with them about very deep things and would allow these three men to share experiences with Him that other disciples were not privileged to share. You also need respected mentors who can serve as a reality check for your new ideas and as a board for your plans.
No relationship is more important than the relationships, you will have with, people who can inspire and teach you throughout life. Understand that you need to draw from others because it will move you along at a much faster rate. You might have a setback or two, but your support system of friends and associates will not let you to totally collapse. We are designed by God to give and take at the same time.
WHERE THERE IS NO VISION, THE PEOPLE PERISH: WITHOUT GOOD PEOPLE, THE VISION COULD BE DELAYED.

O Lord God, please help me to always value good relationship and know the truth that I need people and people need me too. Amen.
