MARRY RIGHT
MAIN TEXT; GENESIS 6: 1 – 2: When human beings began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, 2 the sons of God saw that the daughters of humans were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose.
Psalm 37:4 : Seek your happiness in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desire.
The sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful and they chose anyone to marry. They chose without thinking, without putting God’s feeling into consideration. Thus, they engage in whatever act they like. Sons of God married daughters of men. They do not understand that if you marry out of God’s will, you are at risk as His son or daughter. When you marry out of God’s will, you raise a family that God will not be pleased with. You will need repentance on this.
Every true child of God knows that marrying right i.e choosing after God’s heart is the best thing you can do for yourself. When your front home is settled, every other things get in place. Having a happy married life makes life easy and gives you courage as a child of God to confront every challenges of life.
Don’t just choose anyone, seek God’s face to choose for you. Don’t marry your standard, marry God’s standard which will suit you than your standard. Let the person and timing be God’s choice. God’s choice with the help of Holy Spirit guiding you all the way, your marriage cannot fail.
HAPPY IS THE MAN WHO FINDS A TRUE FRIEND, AND FAR HAPPIER IS HE WHO FINDS THAT TRUE FRIEND IN HIS WIFE.
